Check Billing → PayPal Orders first. If credits were not added after payment, contact support with your PayPal order ID.
API Issue
Check API Keys and API Usage Logs. Never send your full API key in public messages.
Evidence Issue
Open the Evidence Console and check whether ProofTools and GovernanceTools are in sync.
