Refund Policy

Credits purchased on mo.bi are intended for digital micro-tool usage, including mobile proof records, incident response records, approval gates, evidence summaries, and API checks.

If a PayPal payment was completed but credits were not added due to a technical error, contact support with your PayPal order ID, capture ID, and account email.

Used credits are generally non-refundable once a record, proof workflow, evidence pack, API check, or summary has been generated.

Refund requests are reviewed case by case. This policy may be updated before full public launch.
