Mastercard Files 15 Metaverse/NFT-Related Trademarks

Payments giant Mastercard has applied for at least 15 NFT and metaverse-related trademarks, according to data from the United States Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO). With the latest filing, the firm now joins a growing list of financial firms looking to enter the rapidly-growing metaverse market.
