Asus Zenfone 5 Lite with dual front and rear cameras, Full HD+ full-screen display surfaces

It is known that Asus is holding an event at the MWC 2018 show later this month where the company is expected to launch the Zenfone 5 series. Last week we saw the design sketch of the Zenfone 5 in the manual leak, and today we are getting to the Zenfone 5 Lite variant in press shots courtesy of Evan Blass.  According to the popular leakster, Evan Blass, the Zenfone 5 Lite is said to have dual front cameras and rear camera with 20MP on the front and 16MP on the rear. Following the bandwagon, the Zenfone 5 Lite will also sport a Full HD+ display with 5.7-6-inches in size, curved edges, and exposed antenna lines. [HTML1] The rear camera arrangement resembles the Honor 6X design from last year. There is also a fingerprint sensor below the camera module. According to the Geekbench results, the Zenfone 5 is expected to be powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 430 SoC clocked at 1.4GHz Octa-Core processor, 3GB RAM, and Android 8.0 Oreo. Since this is the lite variant, we can expect it to be a mid-range phone. The Asus MWC 2018 event is scheduled to take place on February 27th, and since we are inching closer to the launch, we …

Asus Zenfone 5 Lite leaks in live shot

And Instagram user, by the name of Marcel Campos recently uploaded a rather interesting shot of a still unannounced Asus handset to his profile. In all likelihood, it’s the Zenfone 5 Lite, that frequent leakster Evan Blass described a few hours ago. The overal design and vertical, central camera alignment definitely match, so it is probably the “Lite” variant on display in the photo, rather than the regular Zenfone 5, as pictured in earlier renders. The newly unearthed shot sadly offers little information on the device. If nothing else, the glossy glass back and Asus logo are…

ASUS ZenFone 5 Lite leaks with 18:9 display and quad cameras

We already saw a possible leak a few days ago about one model in Asus’ upcoming ZenFone 5 line, even though the ZenFone 4 family is still quite new, and now Evan Blass has shown off an image of the ZenFone 5 Lite over on Twitter.

There is a lot of smartphone news lined up for Barcelona later this month at the MWC. The latest leak comes from @evleaks and shows a render of the unannounced Asus Zenfone 5 Lite. We are expecting the Asus Zenfone 5 to be the headliner at Asus’ press event but a Lite version might be debuting alongside the Zenfone 5. The render shows a smartphone with four cameras. According to Evan Blass, the phone has Dual 16MP main cameras and dual front-facing 20MP cameras for selfies and portrait camera features like (presumably) beauty mode and artificial bokeh. One ZenFone 5 model leaks ahead of possible MWC announcement

It has been less than a year since the first ZenFone 4 model was announced, and only four months since various ZF4 variants started being sold in North America. Regardless of the ZF4 line still being pretty new, it appears ASUS is getting ready to announce the ZenFone 5, possibly at Mobile World Congress later this month.

WinFuture has obtained device diagrams for one of the upcoming ZenFone 5 devices, with a model number of ‘X00PD.’ There are already Geekbench benchmarks from that model name, with a Snapdragon 430 listed as the processor.
